| A1. How to Log in? |
- To schedule appointments for the Department of Homeland Security Vendor Outreach Sessions (VOS), all vendors must complete a short registrant Profile (which includes contact name, company name, phone/email, etc.). This information is collected for contact purposes only.
- Once you have created a Registrant Profile, click on "save". Your profile will be saved and you will be taken back to the Login Screen. Type in your assigned user ID (your email address) and your password.

| A2. What if I forgot my Password? |
- Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link at the bottom of the Login page.
- When the “Forgot Your Password?” page appears, enter your e-mail address. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered.
